Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

We know that life – and your business obligations! – may sometimes conflict with a scheduled shoot, and we’re happy to accommodate changes where we can. However, we’ve developed the below policy to ensure as many appointment times as possible can be made available to our clients.

With the ongoing COVID pandemic, we would not want you to attend an appointment if you are not feeling well or have another COVID-related concern that makes you want to change your appointment. If that is the reason for your change, please tell us that when you reschedule or cancel and we will waive the fee on a one-time per person basis.

New Customers

Cancellations/reschedulings can be made up to 1 business day* (24 total hours) before the appointment time without fee.

Cancellations/reschedulings made 1 business day* (24 total hours) to 2 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations/reschedulings made less than 2 hours prior to the appointment will be billed for the full amount of the shoot.

Corporate Accounts

Cancellations/reschedulings can be made up to 1 business day* (24 total hours) before the appointment time without fee.

Cancellations/reschedulings made 1 business day* (24 total hours) to 2 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your shoot base price.

Cancellations/reschedulings made less than 2 hours prior to the appointment will be billed for the full amount of the shoot base price.

* Note regarding Business Days:
If you need to reschedule or cancel a Monday appointment, you must do so by your scheduled time on the previous Friday to avoid fees. E.g., if you need to cancel a 10am appointment scheduled for a Monday, you must make the change by 10am the Friday before.
